Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high volume periods, such as new collection launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if offered at checkout): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Carriers

We ship through trusted third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.


Delays and Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package lies with the carrier and the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
